Dashboard

The dashboard is the central place where you manage all your sites, domains, teams, and subscriptions. Log in at app.kotisivukamu.fi.

Sites view​

When you log into the dashboard, you see a list of all your sites. For each site you can see:

  • Site name and address
  • Subscription type (free trial / monthly / annual)
  • Visitor data: visitors today, yesterday, and in the last 30 days
  • Visitor trend graphs

You can add a new site using the Create site button. During the trial period, you can create up to 2 sites.

Site management​

Click on a site to access its management view. The left sidebar contains the following sections:

Analytics​

  • Overview: site summary, visitor data, latest changes, and a quick edit field
  • Visitor analytics: detailed visitor statistics without cookies
  • Contact requests: messages received through the site's contact form

Content​

  • Posts: blog post management
  • Texts: direct text editing
  • Media: image management and uploading

Updates​

  • Edit: request changes using the chat tool
  • History: site change and publishing history

Settings​

  • Site: site name, automatic publishing, notification emails, subscription
  • Domains: connecting your own domain
  • Users: site user management
  • Contact details: company contact info, opening hours, and e-invoicing details

Top navigation​

The dashboard top bar contains:

  • Sites: all your sites
  • Domains: domain registration, transfer, and management
  • Team: team details, members, and sites
  • Profile: personal settings, email, password, and notifications
  • Billing: subscriptions and invoices

Team​

From the Team page you can manage team details and members. You can:

  • Edit the team name and contact details (address, business ID)
  • Invite new members by email
  • View the team's sites and their subscriptions
  • Follow the activity history

Team settings

You can invite members in two roles:

  • Owner: full permissions
  • Member: can manage sites but not team settings

Support​

If you need help, the AI assistant can answer many questions about your site and help with changes.

If the assistant can't help or you have questions about the service, subscriptions, or technical matters, you can contact us:
