Subscribers

If your site has a signup form, such as a newsletter subscription, the subscribers are collected on the Subscribers page in the dashboard. You'll find it in the site sidebar under Tracking → Subscribers.

If your site does not have a signup form yet, you can ask the AI assistant to add one.

Subscriber list​

For each subscriber you can see the email address, name (if provided), source (which form the subscription came from), date, and status:

  • Active: the subscriber has confirmed their email address
  • Pending confirmation: the subscription was made but the confirmation link has not been clicked yet
  • Unsubscribed: the subscriber has cancelled their subscription

The tabs filter the list by status, and the search field lets you find subscribers by email address, for example. An individual subscriber can be removed from the list with the trash icon.

Exporting to CSV​

The Download CSV button downloads the subscriber list as a spreadsheet file. You can open it in Excel or import it into the email tool you use to send your newsletter.
